A UAE based fintech is seeking a dynamic IT Project Manager with a strong background in product management to oversee the development and delivery of innovative solutions. Specific Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering (Master’s preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in IT project management with significant experience in product management in fintech or banking
- Proven track record of managing complex IT projects, including software development and system integration.
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Certifications in project management (PMP, ScrumMaster, Agile) or product management.
Responsible For
- Lead the end-to-end management of IT projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Develop detailed project plans, defining tasks, timelines, resource allocations, risk mitigation strategies, and key milestones.
- Implement and manage Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure smooth project execution and adapt to changing priorities.
- Track and report project progress, identifying bottlenecks and ensuring timely issue resolution.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, operations, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
- Manage project-related communication, ensuring stakeholders are updated on project status, risks, and milestones.
Product Management:
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning it with business objectives and market demands.
- Conduct market research, user testing, and gather feedback to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Translate business needs into detailed product requirements, features, and user stories for engineering teams.
- Prioritize features and product enhancements, balancing stakeholder input and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Monitor product performance post-launch, collecting data and user feedback to iterate and improve product offerings.
