Job Title: IT Project Manager with Product Management Expertise

A UAE based fintech is seeking a dynamic IT Project Manager with a strong background in product management to oversee the development and delivery of innovative solutions. In this hybrid role, you will manage the complete lifecycle of IT projects while driving product strategy, from ideation to release.


Key Responsibilities:

IT Project Management:

  • Lead the end-to-end management of IT projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Develop detailed project plans, defining tasks, timelines, resource allocations, risk mitigation strategies, and key milestones.
  • Implement and manage Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure smooth project execution and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Track and report project progress, identifying bottlenecks and ensuring timely issue resolution.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, operations, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
  • Manage project-related communication, ensuring stakeholders are updated on project status, risks, and milestones. 
 
Product Management:

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning it with business objectives and market demands.
  • Conduct market research, user testing, and gather feedback to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Translate business needs into detailed product requirements, features, and user stories for engineering teams.
  • Prioritize features and product enhancements, balancing stakeholder input and technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams to ensure successful product launches.
  • Monitor product performance post-launch, collecting data and user feedback to iterate and improve product offerings.
 

Required Skills and Qualifications: 
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering (Master’s preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in IT project management with significant experience in product management in fintech or banking
  • Proven track record of managing complex IT projects, including software development and system integration.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
  • Certifications in project management (PMP, ScrumMaster, Agile) or product management.

Job Title: Finance Officer

A Fintech company offering payment services is looking for a finance officer based out of DIFC Dubai/UAE.


Key Responsibilties:
  • Organise, manage and supervise the department operations and activities in order to ensure their best execution and the compliance of the Finance and Accounting department activities in accordance with regulatory requirements;
  •  Introduce and maintain efficient accounting and reporting systems and procedures for internal, external and regulatory reporting;
  • Organise, manage and supervise statutory tax reporting for indirect and direct taxation;
  • Function as the lead contact with the external auditors, facilitating the yearly audit process with a proactive approach;
  • Be responsible for the statutory and regulatory reporting process of the company;
  • Prepare the accounts by applying all the valuations and accounting rules laid down by the relevant accounting laws and regulations;

  • Undertake the reconciliation of accounts and accounting entries;
  • Prepare consolidated accounts for the Group and prepare annual and quarterly reviews;
  • Spearhead both equity and debt fundraises for the company, including direct pitches to investors, selection and management of companies and vendors, and direct ownership of process from start to finish;
  • Manage shareholder and BoD financial and performance reporting

Key Requirements:

 

  • Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting, professional qualifications will be highly appreciated;
  • 15-20 years of experience in a similar position in banking or similar industry including 5-7 years in fintech;
  • Extensive knowledge in the field of financial management for companying and online financial services;
  • Extensive experience in financial reporting and group consolidation according to IFRS and UK GAAP for company’s;

Job Title: Accountant

A regulated payments company licensed by DFSA is looking for a Seasoned Business Development Manager with 10+ years experience in UAE payments industry.


Job Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to:

  • Accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and VAT / Corporate Tax.

  • Prepare and review appropriate ledger entries and reconciliations, and maintain the general ledger system.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

  • Assist with budget preparation and financial planning processes.

  • Assist auditors with the preparation and review of audit schedules and responding to audit queries.

  • Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff.

 
Qualifications:

 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent certification preferred.

    Minimum of 5-7 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role. 

  • Experience with Xero accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. 

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations in the UAE. 

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. 

  • Strong ability to solve problems. 

  • ⁠Able to work independently.
